NorCal Brewing Solutions offers a Clean in Place (CIP) spray head that is compatible with all sizes and models of Speidel plastic fermenters and storage tanks. The spray head features a total of 12 drilled holes that allow for directing the spray in multiple directions. It connects to the outside world using a half-inch NPT Female coupling.
The CIP spray head has the following characteristics and specifications:
- All metal components are made of 304 Stainless Steel.
- The 3-inch nipple has 12 drilled holes and a 4.5-inch overall length.
- The spray head can be used at the TOP and/or BOTTOM of the fermenter or tank.
- It utilizes the existing Speidel lock ring for leak-free attachment.
- It includes a custom-manufactured silicone "V-groove" gasket to provide superior leak-free attachment, replacing the standard rubber gasket provided by Speidel.
Please note that Speidel tanks and fermenters come with one lock ring as part of the spigot. To use this CIP spray head while the spigot is attached, an additional lock ring, which is part of the Speidel OEM Spigot (SKU# 2807), will be required.
It is important to note that the Speidel fermenter is for illustration purposes only and is not included with the CIP spray head.
